San Luis Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete contracting services, including but not limited to driveway construction, patio installation, sidewalk building, slab and foundation work, stamped and decorative concrete, retaining walls, pool decks, steps, and concrete cutting. Services are delivered in the greater Yuma, Arizona region and surrounding communities. All services are subject to site conditions, permitting requirements, material availability, and scheduling. San Luis Concrete reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
Any estimate provided by San Luis Concrete is based on information available at the time of the site visit. Estimates are not final quotes until confirmed in writing and signed by both parties. Pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit, if the scope of work changes at the client's request, or if unforeseen conditions are encountered during the project (such as subsurface obstructions or soil conditions not visible at the time of the estimate). Any changes to the agreed scope or price will be communicated before additional work proceeds.
Scheduling is confirmed in writing or by phone. San Luis Concrete will make reasonable efforts to complete projects on the agreed timeline. Delays may occur due to weather, material supply, permit processing times, or other conditions beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a scheduled date needs to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Projects cancelled after materials have been ordered or site preparation has begun may be subject to charges for costs already incurred. The specifics will be outlined in your written agreement.
Payment terms are agreed upon in writing before work begins. A deposit may be required prior to the start of the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise specified in writing. Accepted payment methods will be stated in your written agreement.
Late payments may result in a hold on any ongoing or future work. San Luis Concretereserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid amounts through available legal means, including the filing of a mechanic's lien where permitted by Arizona law.
San Luis Concrete will obtain required permits for work that falls under local building department jurisdiction, as applicable. The client is responsible for ensuring that the intended project complies with any applicable homeowners association rules, deed restrictions, or private easement agreements.San Luis Concrete is not responsible for violations resulting from the client failing to disclose applicable restrictions prior to the start of work.
You agree to provide accurate information about your property and project requirements. Before work begins, you are responsible for:
Damage caused by undisclosed or unknown utilities or conditions not reasonably visible at the time of work is not the responsibility of San Luis Concrete.
San Luis Concrete warrants that work will be performed in a workmanlike manner using materials suitable for the project. Any warranty terms specific to your project will be stated in your written agreement.

Except as expressly stated in your written agreement, San Luis Concrete makes no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, San Luis Concrete shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to services rendered or the use of this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against San Luis Concrete.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of this website or our services after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
